Hmmm, where to begin. Seems like I've always been into bikes. I started racing BMX when I was 10 and never stopped until I was 16. For some reason bikes became less important around that time and I took a hiatus for a few years. When I moved to Seattle in 1992 I got my first MTB and did a little racing but was mostly content to just ride and have fun. I got back into riding my road bike a few years later and did a few crits but never took it that seriously. In 2002 I got serious again about riding and did RAMROD which was one of my best moments on a bike. Babies entered the picture between 2002 and 2005 and not alot of serious riding was possible. In 2006 I did my first crits at Seward Park and loved it. My goals with racing are simply to have fun, stay in shape, avoid crashing, and do the best I can without taking it too seriously.
