Bio: Rugby player turned cyclist. John played rugby for the Orlando Rugby club. He played the position "LH Prop" for the Eastern Rugby Union select side.

After undergoing a "few" knee surgeries John searched for something new to quench his competitive thirst. Turning to cycling in 2001 he found an activity that is a little easier on his knees but, still sports a beer garden.

John's fear of heights keeps him a fixture at the Marymoor

Married to Tammy for 16 years and has 3 kids. All 3 kids hold a USCF racing license. They enjoy competing alongside their team mates on Rad Racing NW cycling team.
