January 12, 2010 Team Cucina Fresca (Super Squadra Sports) announced the addition of several new members to its elite squad for 2010. Russell Stevenson, formerly of Kenda Pro and BRI teams has joined Team Cucina Fresca for 2010. Along with him, comes several other local strongmen including "Downtown" Gary Brown, Ross Spero, Chris Torgerson and Jake McArthur. "I'm estatic about what it means adding these guys to our current roster..." states Team President, Travis Dykstra, "...these are a great group of guys with a wealth of experince that's going fit in well with our current riders Jason "J-dub" Williams, Chris Hill and Randy Bott, giving us the numbers we need in the races to start affecting the outcome in our favor!"

Jessica Cutler, who shot through the womens ranks last season, has been actively recruiting new womens riders in the offseason will be joined by Cat 2 rider Kimberly Turner and several other promising strong new recruits in 2010. "Jess is an amazingly fast rider and incredible climber that has a knack for motivating those around her to push themselves further. I believe her efforts are going to pay off big time in 2010 and bring Cucina Fresca some credibility in the local womens Pro/1/2 field..." states Travis Dykstra "...in addition, she's a tireless volunteer working behind the scenes and we are very lucky to have her!"
