Throughout the off-season, Team Cucina Fresca meets each weekend for team rides. During the late fall and middle winter, these rides are easy "base" miles. As the racing season approaches, the rides become more competitive as members begin to focus on fitness and racing skills.

Anyone, team member or not, is welcome to attend these rides, but in the off-season, we require full fenders and "buddy flaps", so be considerate of your fellow riders. Also, once we hit December or January, the rides get a little longer and a little faster, so you should feel confident that you can keep up with us, or at least know the area if you can't. While we're a little more accomodating early in the fall, when it comes time to start ramping up the training for the next season, we can't ask team members to sacrifice their scarce training hours for people who may not be able to keep up.
